In the year 2025 A.D., Transformers Victory features the legendary swordsman and Autobot warrior, Star Saber, as the protagonist. After the Decepticons were defeated in the Masterforce War on Earth, they shifted their focus to target other planets in the universe. To counter this menace, Star Saber collaborated with several civilizations and species, including humans, to establish the Galactic Peace Alliance, with Star Saber as its commanding officer. Nevertheless, the Emperor of Destruction, Deathsaurus (Dezarus), the new leader of the Decepticons, is determined to liberate his Planet-Destroying Fortress from Dark Nebula's captivity. In his quest to achieve this objective, he launches an attack on Earth, employing the Dinoforce. Consequently, Star Saber and his team must move to Earth to prevent the catastrophic outcome of this act of aggression.
