All these aspirations await those who reach its pinnacle. Throughout his life, Twenty-Fifth Bam knew only a dingy cave, filthy rags, and an unattainable light. When Rachel, a girl, emerges from the illumination and befriends him, his world transforms, as he learns about the external world from her. However, Bam's universe implodes when Rachel departs to ascend the Tower. Determined to tail her regardless of the circumstances, he sets his sights on the tower and accomplishes a miracle. Consequently, Bam's expedition as a youth who entered the Tower through his volition begins, although he has not been chosen.
