Rinka, a high school student who faces financial difficulties, resides with her father in Tokyo. While returning from school one day, she comes across an uncommon sight: a penguin that seems to be flying towards Tokyo Sky Tree. Driven by curiosity, she follows it and witnesses an extraordinary event - fish raining down from the sky. During this unusual occurrence, one of the fish passes through her body, causing her to lose consciousness. When she opens her eyes, she realizes she has gained a new power - the ability to move through solid objects.
