SUMMARY
A Robin Hood adaptation featuring teenage protagonists takes place in Nottingham County. A vicious baron by the name of Alwine commanded the destruction of the Huntingtons' castle centuries ago. Robin and his cousins, Will, Winifred, and Barbara, were the only survivors after a miraculous escape from the fire. The quartet found refuge in Sherwood Forest, where they received counsel from the wise hermit, "Friar Tuck," to navigate the wilderness's challenges. They soon encountered a group of young bandits, led by Little John, who initially took them in with hostility, and a skirmish ensued over a noble maiden named Marian. Despite the rocky start, the youth groups bonded, realizing that they were each victims of the same fate at the mercy of Baron Alwine's cruelty. Together they decided to unite against their common enemy. Alwine was not only the Huntingtons' nemesis but had previously driven Little John and his gang to seek shelter in the forest to evade enforced labor. The baron later sought Marian Lancaster for a secret that the girl wore as a cross symbolizing her family lineage. Bishop Herfort, Alwine's accomplice, attempted to adopt Marian to seize the Lancaster's wealth. Robin and his companions were forced to confront the baron's army, led by the dangerous and fearless knight Gilbert. When Winifred and Marian were detained in the castle's cells, they made every effort to infiltrate the fortress until they achieved their goal. Robin emerged as a beloved and revered hero who championed the poor and oppressed. He never left his loyal and enchanted bow and persistently embarked on hazardous and implausible missions. His altruistic nature and courage earned him praise and adoration not just from the community but also especially from the lovely and enchanting Marian.
