Cobalt, Chrom, Neon, and Kei, a group of androids, face a bleak future, with electricity cutoff imminent due to unpaid bills. The quartet jump on an opportunity to become Babel climbers, hoping for a quick financial win. Unfortunately, winning the audience's admiration proves to be a difficult challenge. Cobalt, inspired by STAND-ALONE's exceptional performance, makes a vow to find a way to increase their chances of success. KNoCC, the android group, and their human associate Esora Shibaura come across a mysterious choreographer who agrees to share his routine, presenting their sole chance at rising to the top. However, android-based discrimination presents another obstacle they must conquer on their way to the pinnacle of Babel.
