Tomoe Shiro was a budding racer, poised for great success until a devastating accident changed his course. However, he defied the odds and made a remarkable comeback by receiving a heart transplant with his own high-performance engine. Sadly, this transformation rendered him ineligible to race as a human, now classified as a mere mechanical component.
