Living in a house precariously stuck to a building, Milk-chan is accompanied by her two companions: Tetsu-ko, a bottle-shaped robot who's always anxious, and Hanage, a green blob sporting a moustache. Despite being penniless, Milk manages to make ends meet, until her attempt to extort money from an ant colony fails miserably. As luck would have it, the President himself offers her a classified mission, which proves to be her saving grace. When answering the President's phone calls for missions, Milk-chan always quips, "Hello, Bank of Hokkaido. Just kidding!" Armed with their trusty "Milk-6" helicopter, Milk and her companions set off to complete their assignments, which are a parody of 1970s spy films and the iconic Bond franchise.
