Preparations are underway for a new offensive against the Neuroi, an alien invader race. The goal is to secure Berlin, Karlsland's capital, and eliminate the Neuroi threat from Europe. However, the enemy is highly adaptable and Striker technology, as well as allied forces, may prove inadequate. Meanwhile, Yoshika Miyafuji, a Fuso Witch, is finishing her medical studies in Lausanne after a power-depleting event. She's eager to assist and is summoned to action. The 501st Joint Fighter Wing's scattered witches must reunite for a final assault on the enemy.
