On her first day at St. Miator's Girls Academy, Nagisa Aoi is disoriented, but a charming and sophisticated student helps her to the nurse's office when she falls ill. After waking up, Nagisa meets her roommate Tamao Suzumi, who educates her on the social hierarchy of Astraea Hill's distinguished all-girls schools. Nagisa becomes intrigued by the Etoile, a gifted person who represents all three schools, and her curiosity leads her to discover that the breathtaking beauty she met earlier is Shizuma Hanazono, the Etoile herself!
