Haruka Nishikikoji, a doctor who is overweight, has failed to attract any women's interest. Nonetheless, his luck changes when he obtains a job as a doctor at an elementary school and sets up his clinic in a castle-like structure on the school's rooftop. Despite difficult beginnings, Haruka's fortunes improve when his old flame, Koizumi Miyuki, applies to be his nurse.
