In the Turkish Ararat Mountains, a secretive group named ARCAM has made a groundbreaking discovery they believe to be Noah's Ark. However, a rogue Pentagon faction, the US Machine Corps, seeks to exploit the Ark for their bid for global supremacy. A determined ARCAM agent, known as a Spriggan, is the only hope against them. Japanese Spriggan Yu Ominae and French Spriggan Jean-Jacques Mondo join forces to thwart the US Machine Corps, under the leadership of Colonel MacDougall - a young man with dangerous psionic powers, created through genetic engineering. With time running short, the Spriggans must act fast to prevent MacDougall from exploiting the Ark for his own sinister agenda.
