Child prodigy of figure skating, Kensei Maeshima, decided to quit the sport after being neglected by the adversary, Reo Shinozaki. During his time at Inodai High School, Kensei lends his athletic strengths to different teams without affiliating himself officially with any. However, things take a turn when Reo becomes a member of St. Clavis Gakuin High School's skate-leading team, prompting Kensei to join the same program to take revenge on his rival. Nevertheless, Kensei's impulsive nature, fitful performances, and tense past relationships with some skaters make him an unwelcome addition to Inodai's Skate-Leading Club. Despite these impediments, the team must cooperate to qualify for the Grand Prix Finals and have a chance at defeating the previous year's winners, St. Clavis Gakuin.
