Sailor Victory, a covert group of five female high school companions, reunites to combat crime. They lead three enormous Ninja Robots, namely Gion, Momoyama, and Sagano, to combat evil in Mikado's virtual-future environment. However, their mission takes an unexpected turn when an ostracized and dissatisfied city official teams up with the sinister Margarita of the underworld.
