They coerce Zoroark to transform into Suicune, Entei, and Raikou - the protectors of Crown City - and unleash her on the unsuspecting populace. During Satoshi and his friends' visit to Crown City for the highly anticipated Pokemon Baccer World Cup, they come across Zorua who had successfully escaped from her captors.
