One fateful day, Komugi encounters an injured creature named Usa-P. After nursing the creature back to health, Usa-P offers to transform her into a Legendary Girl with magical powers. Now, Komugi must battle masked foes as a Magical Nurse, while contending with the sudden arrivals of new Magical Maid and Magical Sister foes.
