The second season of "Okusama ga Seitokaichou" starts with Izumi Hayato vying for the position of student body president. However, his dreams are dashed when a stunning girl, who hurls condoms into the crowd while promising to emancipate love, swoops in and wins instead. As a result, Izumi is relegated to the role of vice president. During a meeting with the new president, Izumi's home becomes an impromptu venue, and he discovers that he is slated to marry her due to a pact made by their parents when they were toddlers, aided by alcohol.
