Meanwhile, the Earth Sphere Federation (ESF) has hired Descartes Shaman to utilize the abilities of Innovators. With the ELS posing a significant threat, the ESF is hoping to gain a military advantage through the use of emerging Innovators. However, it is ultimately up to Celestial Being and the Gundam Meisters, led by Setsuna F. Seiei, to undertake a final mission to save humanity. As Setsuna delves deeper into his role as an Innovator and learns more about Aeola Schenberg's intentions for humanity, he realizes that his part in this mission is far more significant than he could have ever imagined.
