Tamaki, a young girl in elementary school, has a firm dislike for penguins due to her father, Dr. Yagiyama, constantly lecturing her about them. Obsessed with these flightless creatures, Dr. Yagiyama takes it upon himself to create "Minori," a penguin-shaped robot, to help Tamaki overcome her penguin aversion. Together, Tamaki and Minori embark on missions throughout their neighborhood to rectify the problems stemming from her father's obsessions.
