Yao Sakurakouji, a pampered wealthy girl, makes a daring decision to enlist in the Miami police department with the sole aim of experiencing thrill-packed car chases, gun battles, and unrestrained devastation. Yao, who is both psychotic and dim-witted, is paired with Lu Amano, the well-spoken and quick-witted daughter of the police commissioner. The two partners form a grimly dedicated team and lay siege to the Miami streets, relentlessly pursuing 'The Organization,' a cryptic criminal enterprise.
