"Little Busters! Ecstasy" introduces three new routes dedicated to heroines Futaki Kanata, Sasasegawa Sasami, and Tokido Saya. Saya's segment takes place before Refrain, Sasami's occurs after Refrain, while Kanata's story is split into two parts, with the first before Refrain and the second after. These paths are included in Little Busters!: Refrain's BD/DVD editions.
