Takashi Mitsuhashi and Shinji Itou, two transfer students, are dissatisfied with their monotonous lives and social status. They view their enrollment in a new school as a chance to become troublemakers and rebels. Itou is focused on achieving justice, while Mitsuhashi enjoys causing mischief. Despite their opposing beliefs, they eventually become close friends and share a common goal of becoming the most renowned delinquents in Japan. Together, they embark on numerous escapades to achieve their legendary status.
