After a catastrophic war, Haruka finds herself as the sole surviving human on Earth. However, she is not completely alone due to the existence of advanced robots that have weathered the apocalypse. Her mechanical companions, consisting of Spike, Trigger, Cleric, Reeves, and Angela, provide Haruka with the care and support that she needs. While residing in a towering building in the city, she leads a relatively peaceful existence with her surrogate family. Yet, Haruka's life is beset with uncertainties, as resources are scarce and remnants of the hostile robots from the war still pose a threat. In Kurogane Communication, Haruka must hone her skills for survival in a dangerous world where every day presents a struggle.
