SUMMARY
After the successful Sanyou campaign, the Qin army, involving the 1,000-Man Commander Xin, moves steadily towards realizing King Ying Zheng's ambition of unifying China. With a significant territorial advantage in the Wei state achieved and controlled, Qin now directs its focus towards the remaining combatant states in the east. On the other hand, Li Mu, an incomparable strategist and the recently nominated prime minister of Zhao, exploits the temporary truce with Qin to negotiate with other states without any hindrance. Ying Zheng is taken by surprise on receiving news that armies from Chu, Zhao, Wei, Han, Yan, and Qi have unleashed themselves into Qin soil. He realizes too late that Li Mu's truce with Qin had an ulterior motive, and he swiftly gathers his counselors to develop a plan to tackle the six-state coalition army standing on their doorstep. For the first time in history, the state of Qin confronts total doom and must employ every possible resource and strategy to dodge complete annihilation.
