The actions of the Green King are stirring up tension amongst the clans, with the safety of the Dresden Slate now in jeopardy after the passing of the Gold King. Nagare Hisui, the leader of the Green Clan Jungle, will do whatever it takes to acquire the Slate, even if that means going against Reishi Munakata of Sceptre 4. Unfortunately, Munakata's Sword of Damocles is failing, which places not only Japan but also his clan's stability at risk. The HOMRA clan, who are still recovering from their losses, have been unknowingly pulled into the Green King's schemes, leaving Kurou Yatogami and Neko exposed without their friend, Silver King Yashiro Isana, who is missing. With the remaining clans attempting to oppose the Green King, a mysterious final king arises.
