300 years ago, Jubei Yagyu and Kitaretsusai of the Northern Yagyu clan battled fiercely in the freezing Siberian terrain. Sadly, Jubei's daughter, Freesia, was caught in the crossfire and was suspended in ice. Years later, due to climate change, Freesia breaks out of her frozen tomb and transfers to a Japanese middle school, where she becomes friends with Jiyuu Nanohana. However, Jiyuu is unaware that Freesia is actually after her Lovely Eye Patch, as Freesia believes that it rightfully belongs to her.
