Sora Kashiwagi, a high school student, is used to receiving strange gifts from his father who is exploring the world. Unfortunately, these presents have caused more harm than good. So, when his dad sends a massive package from Egypt, Sora braces for the worst, but surprisingly it turns out to be Mii-kun — a cute and tiny mummy! Initially hesitant, Sora later discovers that Mii-kun is harmless and desires attention. As they go about their daily trivialities, the unlikely duo encounters individuals with unique pets, elevating their relationship to a new level. Despite the challenges presented by having a pet, Sora is determined to look after the adorable Mii-kun.
