After Jigoku Shoujo Futakomori, the Hell Girl Ai Enma disappears, prompting her companions to try and move on with their lives. Unexpectedly, Ai resurfaces with a new companion, and an ordinary schoolgirl named Yuzuki Mikage finds herself intimately connected to the Hell Girl after being kissed by Ai and possessed during a bathtub trance. When Yuzuki's friend inputs their teacher's name into the Hell Correspondence website, Ai uses Yuzuki's body to lead the teacher's soul to hell. Despite her unease about her new situation, Yuzuki is dragged along by the Hell Girl and her assistants using the Hell Correspondence. She struggles to understand why Ai chose her to carry on her mission.
