Hasegawa Kodaka faces challenges in making friends after transferring schools due to the misconception his blonde hair creates. One day while alone, he discovers his moody classmate Yozora talking to her imaginary friend Tomo. They both realize that they lack companionship and decide to establish The Neighbours' Club, also known as Rinjinbu, which aims to bring together individuals with scarce social connections. As the club expands, other isolated classmates join in group activities such as cooking and games to form deep bonds. However, the question remains: can this group of outsiders coexist peacefully?
