Gundam Build Fighters Try continues the story seven years after the original series, following the challenges faced by Hoshino Fumina, the sole remaining member of Seiho Academy's Gunpla Battle Club. As the club's president, Fumina seeks to compete in the All-Japan Gunpla Battle Championships, but requires two additional team members to do so. Luckily, the arrival of Kamiki Sekai, a transfer student with impressive Kenpo skills, and Kousaka Yuuma, a masterful Gunpla builder, provides the necessary boost for some awe-inspiring Gunpla Battles.
