Koutarou's dad is endeavoring to teach his son the ways of the ninja. However, things take a disastrous turn when an explosive is mistakenly flung and shatters a sacred shrine. As a result, a monstrous entity, formerly restrained by Eldoran, emerges. While Eldoran manages to subdue the beast, one of his underlings secretly slips away, intent on releasing his overlord from captivity. To counter this threat, Eldoran gifts Koutarou and his two buddies with three awe-inspiring mecha, namely Gotiger, King Elephan, and Mach Eagle, along with special suits that endow each of them with a unique power. Henceforth they become the Miracle Ninja Ganbare Team, ready to do battle!
