Aoi Yukimura was a mountain-loving child whose passion for climbing was unbridled. Unfortunately, a childhood accident on the playground left her with an intense fear of heights, forcing her to retreat to indoor hobbies. Her shyness as a first-year high school student only worsened, leaving her with few friends. However, her old friend from her climbing days, the lively and impulsive Hinata Kuraue, came back into her life and started inviting her to join her in climbing activities. At first hesitant, Aoi eventually gave in and was flooded with delightful memories of their childhood, igniting the spark to start climbing again.
