The Fourth Industrial Revolution has caused unprecedented change worldwide with its advanced technologies. In response, academic institutions have evolved their programs to incorporate these changes, abandoning old-fashioned teachings. Yuyu Girls’ Vocational High School is one such institution, where Serufu Yua and her childhood friend, Miku “Purin” Suride, applied for entrance. Purin, skilled in technology, was accepted into Yuyu, while Serufu, who is accident-prone, was denied and had to attend Gatagata Girls’ High School. This created a rift between the friends.
One day, while traveling to school, Serufu had a bike accident. Rei Yasaku, a fellow student, offered to repair her bike. Later, Serufu discovered that Rei had a deep passion for traditional crafts and was part of the school’s DIY Club, on the brink of closure due to a lack of membership.
Serufu joined the club in the hope of reconnecting with Purin by creating projects together. She not only learned handicrafts but also made new friends, as the DIY Club welcomed newcomers.
