Kenshirou works at a convenience store, Raoh in a factory, and Toki is searching for a job while dealing with illness. This new era introduces the legend of the Fighting NEET North Star, which deviates from the classic plotline. Short stories based on the Hokuto no Ken: Ichigo Aji manga are included in each episode. This comedic spinoff, centered around Souther, features brief gags. The parody mostly focuses on Souther's final confrontation with Kenshiro and his unexpected involvement in other parts of the series. A recurring gag involves a turban-wearing child stabbing Souther's leg repeatedly as he climbs the pyramid's staircase, while another features Rei hilariously transforming into Souther during his famous moments.
