With the advent of modern technology, children have abandoned traditional drawing instruments such as paper and crayons and have instead turned to electronic tablets. This shift has greatly diminished their imaginative abilities, causing their doodles to reach unprecedented lows. Regrettably, this has put the Rakuga Kingdom at risk of destruction, as the kingdom's existence depends on the creative energy generated by these doodles. In a desperate search for a hero from Earth who can wield the "Miracle Crayon" and prevent a catastrophic event, the princess of the kingdom urgently seeks help. As it happens, the kingdom's saviors have landed on Earth, determined to take over. Coincidentally, the magical crayon ends up in the possession of none other than Shinnosuke "Shin-chan" Nohara. To save both worlds and put his childish imagination to the test, Shin-chan must channel his creative abilities and protect his home from harm. He is the only hope for restoring order to both dimensions.
