The scene is set in a fictional version of Japan, where a diverse group of superhumans gather for a grand banquet. This takes place in an era after a great war, where Japan has made remarkable progress. Imagining a world where all the superhumans from fictional stories exist simultaneously, this world includes various individuals who are special in their unique ways. There are Titans hailing from other galaxies, life forms from mystical realms, phantoms and goblins from ancient times, cyborgs created by scientists, and relics originating from lost civilizations - a never-ending list. While some superhumans live openly and gain popularity, others conceal their identities and fight in secrecy. But there are enemy organizations operating in the shadows, who pose a threat to them. To maintain peace and order, the Japanese government has taken steps, such as establishing the Superhuman Bureau - also known as the Overpopulation Research Laboratory under the Ministry of Health and Welfare. Their primary mission is to identify and approach the superhumans, overseeing and safeguarding them. This series follows Jiro Hitoyoshi, a member of the Superhuman Bureau, as the protagonist.
