Police officers have been targeted by a serial killer who has caused a series of murders. Ran witnessed one of the officers being shot right before her eyes, which led to her losing all memories of her past. In order to protect Ran from the murderer who wants to silence her as a witness, Conan must aid her in recovering her memories.
