Following a fatal collision with a truck, Takafumi Takaoka's uncle, Yousuke "Ojisan" Shibazaki, remains comatose for 17 years. Upon awakening, Ojisan speaks in an unfamiliar language and discloses that he had been transported to a fantastical realm called Gran Bahamal. Initially brushing off his uncle's tales as pure fiction, Takafumi becomes a believer after witnessing Ojisan use magic to levitate a cup of water. Seizing the opportunity, they launch a YouTube channel to showcase his uncle's mystical capabilities. Takafumi shoulders the responsibility of bringing Ojisan up to speed with the world's advancements in technology, including the internet and the result of the '90s console war that has specifically affected him as a hardcore SEGA enthusiast. Working together, they use Ojisan's distinct perspective from his otherworldly escapades to develop their online presence and navigate through online feedback and trolls. Uncertain of how their journey will unfold, the duo's path promises to be out of the ordinary.
