As Syaoran explores the enigmatic ruins of Clow Country, he unexpectedly encounters his childhood friend, Princess Sakura. However, when Sakura emerges from the excavation site with wings that dissolve into feathers and her memories scattered throughout different dimensions, Syaoran sets out on a quest to restore her memory and ensure her safety. To aid him on his journey, he is joined by Kurogane, a displaced Japanese ninja searching for a way home, Fay, a runaway magician, and the cuddly Mokona, resembling a fluffy meat bun. Together, they traverse multiple dimensions on a mission to retrieve Sakura's feathers.
