Having lost everything, including his loved ones, in a fatal terrorist attack, Arashi Mikami unexpectedly meets a skilled surgeon who is no ordinary doctor. To his surprise, the surgeon leads an elite squad of vigilantes named Black Label, whose mission is to track and terminate dangerous criminals. Arashi determines to fight for justice and joins forces with the team as they set out to eliminate evil and corruption in the world.
