Cless Alvein and his Mana gifted friend, Mint Adnade, are on a mission to take down Dhaos, a once-imprisoned sorcerer by their parents. In order to fulfill their task, the young swordsman from Totus travels back in time with the help of archer Chester Barklight, summoner Klarth F. Lester, and half-elf Arche Klaine. Their goal is to amend Dhaos' past errors and restore tranquility to the realm. This plotline is based on "Tales of Phantasia," a NAMCO-developed Super Famicom Game from 1995.
