The mission of Santa Company is to deliver gifts to children worldwide. Tonttus are employed to assist multiple Santas annually by wrapping gifts, tending to reindeer, and facilitating deliveries. Mint Rondo is a new recruit in the tropical island office, inspired by her elder sibling to become a Santa herself. However, her clumsiness impedes her progress, causing her to lag behind her peers and live under her brother's shadow. One day, while Mint is enjoying a serene day at the beach with her companions, Thomas Dou and Noah, they discover a threatening issue that could jeopardize Santa Company's operations: pollution. Disregarded waste accumulation could soon pose a risk to the marine life surrounding the island and all Santa Company staff. As tension mounts on the horizon, Mint may have the opportunity to redeem herself and save the island dwellers in time for the fast-approaching Christmas Eve.
