Shangri-La, a tranquil land where humans and yokai, technology and magic, peacefully coexist without any form of regulation or control, was faced with a massive disruption known as The Calamity. The Minus Wave triggered an unruly behavior in all the yokais on the continent, upsetting the equilibrium. Three Aspects embarked on a mission to the western part of the country, to halt Gyumaoh's reanimation experiments- the chief source of evil on the continent. As they journeyed closer to India, The Calamity's influence heightened, adding complexity to their battles.
