After the seal that confined fallen angels Kirin no Yuda and Houou no Ruka was broken, the two decided to exact revenge on the God who damned them to Hell. Their plan: erase the Heavens which were once their home. However, this resulted in the disappearance of Earth's guardian angels, with nobody in Heaven able to provide a reason for the mysterious occurrences. With the presence of a vengeful animal spirit being suspected, it was up to the four Saint Beasts to investigate. The 4 Gods of Beasts were tasked with rescuing the guardian angels and uncovering the identity of the sinister entity.
