While walking home from school, Yukari Hayasaka encounters a peculiar-looking individual with blond spiky hair, a spiked choker, and numerous piercings on his face and ears who shows a keen interest in inspecting her body. Disgusted, Yukari flees. Later, she collides with an enchanting woman with purple hair and a floral design around her eye, causing Yukari to faint in awe. Upon regaining consciousness, Yukari discovers herself in an unusual location known as Atelier, where she meets fashion designers from the prestigious Yazawa Art Academy. They request her to model for their forthcoming exhibition. Yukari declines their offer and leaves the Atelier, but she leaves behind her school ID unknowingly. George Koizumi, the head designer, locates it and determines that Yukari would be an ideal model for their collection. He becomes obsessed with her and refuses to give up until he has her. Modeling has never entered Yukari's mind before, but she begins to ponder whether she'd enjoy living among these eccentric designers. On the other hand, she risks losing herself in this world of creativity and passion.
