The events of the story occur a year following the OVA. Following the previous war, Kabucki-cho was left in ruins, prompting the proprietor of "Pallion," a lingerie pub, to abandon it and establish a new venture, "New Papillion," in Akihabara. Tsubomi, Anne, and Shizuku were among those who lost their recollections during the conflict and embarked on fresh starts in Akihabara. However, the Susano, extraterrestrial beings who were invading the planet, emerged. They transformed a UMA (Unidentified Mysterious Animal) into a monster and used it to launch an attack on Akihabara. Rama the cat prompted Tsubomi and her companions to reclaim their memories and battle the monster as Lingerie Soldiers.
