Kazuhiko Aikawa, formerly the captain of Tendoji High School's esteemed basketball team, has relocated to a different town and enrolled in Mizuho High. Despite the fact that the quality of the basketball team does not match that of his previous school, Kazuhiko is enthusiastic about continuing his passion for the sport and thus joins the Mizuho basketball team. Even though the team is lacking, Kazuhiko's unwavering determination, intense fervor, and exceptional skills on the court urge his new teammates to restart practicing and get back into the game. Their objective is to participate in national tournaments where young basketball athletes compete against one another. This is the initiation of a journey for the five protagonists: Takumi Fujiwara, Tsutomu Ishii, Kenji Dobashi, Ranmaru Miura, and Kazuhiko Aikawa, along with the Mizuho High basketball team. Uniting together, they will endeavor through an exhilarating and arduous tale of youth as they strive to achieve greatness on the court.
