A mysterious force causes a star to shatter by opening a door. After losing their battle for Earth against the massive Godzilla, humanity searches for a new home on different planets. Upon returning 20,000 years later, they find Godzilla is ruling the planet at a towering 300 meters tall. Captain Haruo joins forces with the Houtua tribe to defeat Godzilla by uncovering the self-generating nanometal that could destroy him. However, Haruo disagrees with the Bilusaludo, who believe superhuman abilities are necessary to win. In a desperate attempt to prevent the nanometal's assimilation, Haruo destroys the Mecha-Godzilla city, which results in Yuuko's absorption. The Exif alien race leader gains more followers, while King Ghidorah arrives to fight Godzilla Earth. The destiny of humanity and their fight against Godzilla is at stake.
