Following a pursuit of the offender Zoda, law enforcement investigator Rick Wheeler was in a fatal collision, leading to his cryogenic preservation for 150 years. Awakened by Jody Summer and Dr. Stewart, he is introduced to a group of righteous racers dedicated to thwarting the Dark Million Organization - headed by Black Shadow and Deathborn - from obtaining the trophies.
