Miho and Shouta are both high school students preparing for their college entrance exams. Although they come from diverse backgrounds - Miho from a remote island with no cram schools and Shouta from bustling Tokyo juggling a part-time job - they both have the same objective of achieving college admission. They decide to enroll in Z-Kai's correspondence education courses to assist them in their pursuit. Unexpectedly, their paths cross during the course of their studies.
