The film begins with Shinnosuke and his comrades of the "Kasukabe Defense Force" embarking on a one-week trip to the prestigious "Tenkatōitsu Kasukabe Private Academy," affectionately called "Tenkazu." The academy is governed by an advanced Artificial Intelligence (AI) named "Otsmun," and enrolled students are gifted with a 1000 point badge that can be augmented or diminished based on their academic achievements and behavior. While attending the academy, Kazama is attacked and suffers from a decrease in intelligence and peculiar bite marks on his buttocks. To uncover the truth behind the assault, the Kasukabe Defense Force teams up with Chishio Atsuki, a former athlete and ex-student council president, to form a group of detectives.
